Inquiry

We are open from Monday to Friday. You are welcomed to send us any inquiry with detailed specification, we can customize especial optical component according to customers' request. Please send us your requirements by email, fax, phone about any inquiry.

Quotation

We will seriously check any inquiry and respond to customers’ request within 24 hours when the complete specifications are received. Usually our quotes are based on USD, EUR, GBP,JPY and RMB.

Order

We accept orders by fax or E-mail, The information of order should include complete company name, products description, quantity, billing address, shipping address, purchase order number, contact name and phone number. We will send you an order confirmation in two days after receiving order.

Payment

We accept payment by wire transfer, or other approved terms. The invoice amount includes total price of items, shipping and handing charges. We accept payment term for Net 30 days if customers have good business relation with XF Photonics

Shipment

Delivery time is depended on the specifications and quantity. Unless advance instruction from customer, all of shipments are made via Express. If customers prefer to use own shipping carrier, please inform us your account number before delivering goods. If the shipment method is not specified, we will choose the most efficient and economical method for your order. Default and handing charges are added to customers’invoice.

Warranty

Our products are promised free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of 60 days. Repair or replacement will be made at no charge if we are informed of the defect within 30 days of shipment of the goods. Shipment errors will also be replaced free of charge. This warranty does not cover customer errors  in ordering, improper handling, storing or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the price of the parts or services we are providing.
